Alphapals are made by human hands with love and kindness. Letters are hand-stitched and can be molded into shape. We check every piece for quality before it’s shipped to you, but we are human and once in a while we miss something. If any of your letters are damaged, missing or improperly sewn in any way please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to replace or repair them. Contact us at info@alphapals.com. Alphapals cozy cuddly plush products are carefully made from 100% polyester all new material. They are sewn with love and hand finished so some variation may occur.

To care for your Alphapals machine wash cold separately on gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Do not iron.
